Program

Joey is a private SMS-based household assistant. It is not a commercial service and is not available to the general public. Access is limited to phone numbers manually added by the household operator (ben).

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on household activity, generally a few messages per day per family member. Joey may also send scheduled reminders (e.g. trash day, meal plan summary).

Cost

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Joey itself is operated at no cost to family members.

Help & Stop

Reply HELP at any time for help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from Joey. You may also revoke consent by emailing ben@marvelseweranddrain.com; revocations are processed within 24 hours.

No warranty

Joey is provided as-is for personal household use. Messages generated by Joey may be incorrect; family members should confirm time-sensitive details (appointments, medical reminders, etc.) through other sources before acting on them.

Changes

The operator may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Joey after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
